Garden Vegetable Soup Starter features a medley of vegetables including, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, spinach, sweet corn, green beans and red and green bell peppers in a tomato herb broth. Add cubed or ground meat and additional chopped veggies to make a hearty stew, or take it south of the border by adding corn, green chilis, chicken, cilantro, Monterey Jack, topping with avocado and crushed tortilla chips.

Mixing Instructions:
Garden Vegetable Soup Mix

2 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup Garden Vegetable Soup Mix

Pour the soup mix into the water; stir it and let it set for 5 minutes. Bring the whole mix to a boil; stirring frequently. Simmer for 10 minutes; remove from heat; cover and let steam for 5 minutes. Add sodium-free seasoning or salt & pepper to taste.
