Fine Noodles are thin and great for making light and elegant pasta meals and pasta salads. Zerega noodles are made the old fashioned way, using a rolled sheet process, which helps the manufacturer to have complete control over the length, width and thickness of the finished product.

Cooking Instructions:
1/16 Inch Fine Noodles

1. Bring water to boil.
2. Add pasta gradually, stirring frequently.
3. Cook pasta at a boil, uncovered,
stir occasionally.
4. Pasta is done when tender, but firm.
5. Drain carefully, serve or store.
6. For recipes calling for baked pasta, reduce recommended cook time by one third.
