Think of this salsa in a Texas Cowboy kind of way. This delightful, salsa has just the right amount of spice (from jalapeno peppers, onions, paprika, and cilantro) combined with a blend of white corn, black beans and plum tomatoes. Unlike a traditional South of the Border style of tomato-based salsa, this salsa has a soybean oil & vinegar base. While this salsa has nothing to do with Caviar, in Texas it is affectionately known as Cowboy Caviar!
