Domino 6x Sugar is a finely ground sugar and is refined with cornstarch to prevent caking and increase shelf life. This sugar has a larger grain than 10x sugar. Domino 6x Sugar is used for both baked goods and confectionery products and produces a relatively smooth, easy to spread icing.
