Haitian Rice & Black Beans
2 cups water 
1 cup mix 
Bring water to a boil in a heavy saucepan. 
Add mix and stir once. Return to a boil, then 
lower heat to simmer. Cover and let simmer 
for 15 min. DO NOT STIR. Remove from heat and 
steam for 5 min. with the lid on. Fluff with 
a fork and serve.
