Ingredients: Enriched rice (folic acid, niacin, 
thiamin, iron). 
Mixing Instructions: 
 
Place 1 cup long grain white rice in a 2 qt. 
saucepan.Add enough cold water to cover rice. 
Wash rice by rubbing rice gently between 
fingers, drain.Repeat washing rice till water 
is clear, 5-6 times, drain. Add 2 cups cold 
water, heat to boiling. Cover tightly, reduce 
heat and simmer till water is absorbed, 
20 minutes. Makes 6 cups.
